We offer training days to professionals who are looking to learn more about trans issues. These sessions can be anything from one-day or half day events to a series of sessions. It is possible for them to be tailored to the needs of different organisations and services from across the UK.
Recently these have been to organisations such as MindOut, Walthamstow Youth Services, sexual health teams, the Metropolitan Police as well as to primary and secondary school teachers from across the UK.
These training days consider trans experiences and issues, as well as gearing towards professionals who work with young trans people more specifically.
We have also visited workplace settings and carried out professional development training for a team where a member of staff has recently come out as trans.
As part of our training package we have the following DVD: Gender Variance in Primary Schools For more information please contact us.

We welcome professionals who work in education and other youth provision services.

These twilight sessions aim to open up discussion and understandings of gender and identity. Terms and vocabulary will be covered in order to give staff the confidence to discuss and understand the broad spectrum of gender identities. The sessions also offer some insight into young trans people's experiences which lead onto asking some practical questions around how we can make our spaces trans inclusive.
We also run sessions on:

Legal Responsibilities
